An overdone racing game that concentrates on everything but the racing. Which is just as well as it doesn't do any of it very well.
To call it horrible might leave you with the impression that it is still better than Smokey and the Bandit III. It isn't.
It's even worse than Ghostbusters II.
But load it up and start a race for one reason. The background car racing noises are bizarre. I am pretty sure they started with the sound of a dog howling in pain and went from there.
