The site is in Japanese, so I will take some guess at the description. You pilot a cat attached to a litter box bottom by tentacles, down a snowy mountain, racing all the while against other cats in the same predicament.
Your job is to balance the cat in the litter box as it flies down the mountain.
It is both harder and more fun than it sounds.
