I am lost with the language so I have no idea who the developer is. If I guessed, I would probably be just putting up their word for "Click Here". If anyone knows, please let me know.
But don't worry, the language barrier does not stand in the way of this fun little game. Build a slotcar track, then race a friend or a bird. If you are going to race the bird, the skill setting is the dropdown marked Niva over its head. 5 being the hardest.
